Dear Friends of the Classical Arts,
Our "Kairos Musical Soirees Seventh Season of Chamber Music" which began on October 29, 2011, presents a unique opportunity for all concertgoers and music lovers. Some guests have likened our soirees to 18th century European salon concerts in terms of charm and quality: a one-of-a-kind experience!
The Kairos Musical Soirees Series, which brings internationally renowned chamber musicians and soloists to perform for you in our intimate and architecturally fascinating Malibu setting, is actively seeking Founder's Circle and Friendship Circle members with whom to partner in assuring the furtherance of this spectacular experience. The Malibu Friends of Music has always relied on the generous donations of our concertgoers in order to keep vibrant music alive and well in Malibu! And now more than ever, partnership is needed for the sound future of this fine and deserving non-profit arts organization.
In order to move our concerts into running in the black, (we are currently still in the red), partnership has become a necessity. For some of you, this may not represent a significant change, as you have donated regularly in past seasons.
For those who have not been able to do so in the past, please peruse the benefits of becoming a sponsor (listed at the bottom of this page), and consider a generous gift to support all of the exceptional musical and arts events at the Montgomery Arts House for Music and Architecture, and the Malibu Friends of Music.
The Malibu Friends of Music is a 501(c)3 non profit arts organization, and all of your donations are tax deductible as permitted by law. The following are suggested donations for the Kairos Musical Soirees and Special Events taking place October, 2011 - Spetember, 2012. It is important for concertgoers to be aware that the Malibu Friends of Music needs a strong sponsor base and is actively seeking donations. Please read: "Important Message from the President of the Malibu Friends of Music" above for more information.
"Founder's Circle Members" - All events year 'round, including Kairos Musical Soirees and the Malibu Coast Music Festival, are included as a part of your current membership. Lovely private events for Founder's Circle Members only are also included. Preferred seating at all events, of course!
"Friendship Circle Members" - All events year 'round, including Kairos Musical Soirees and the Malibu Coast Music Festival, are included as a part of your current membership.Preferred seating, of course!
"Kairos 2010-11 Suggested Donation Season Pass" includes admission to all 2010-11 Kairos Musical Soirees Season Events, Special Events and Receptions (from October, 2010 - June, 2011). Includes preferred seating (please indicate your preference in the comment box on the reservation form): $325.00 donation purchased "in advance." $360.00 donation purchased "at the door."

Membership Information
Become
a "Friendship Circle" member of the Malibu Friends of Music. At the level
of a $500.00 to $999.00 commitment annually per family, you and your accompanying guests may attend your
choice of any or all of the outstanding world-class concerts presented
by the Malibu Friends of Music for one full year. All offered food and drink amenities are also included for "Friendship Circle" members. This is a five year minimum commitment.
Become
a "Founder's Circle" member of the Malibu Friends of Music. At the level
of a $1000.00 minimum annual commitment per family, you and your accompanying guests may attend your
choice of any or all of the outstanding world-class concerts presented
by the Malibu Friends of Music, and you may reserve the seating of your choice for one full year. All offered event food and drink amenities, "Meet the Artist" receptions, as well as an exciting and
exclusive new "sponsors only"dinner concert, are included for "Founder's Circle" members. This is a five year minimum commitment.

NOTE: If the concert event you wish to attend has been listed as a "free concert," and you are truly unable to send in a tax-deductible donation to the Malibu Friends of Music at this time, you are nonetheless welcome to attend the event. A Malibu Friends of Music Docent will contact you personally by email or phone to re-confirm your reservation shortly prior to the performance date you have chosen. Be sure to leave your current email and telephone number.

Music, art, and dance. A force of life for many of us. A needed escape for others. What can we do to protect this resource that feeds our hearts and souls? The resource that inspires our children to be better people, make more of their potential and succeed in whatever they wish!
The mission of the Malibu Friends of Music is to bring you world class artists from around the globe, and to provide outstanding live performances for all classical music, art, and dance lovers, in an architecturally renowned setting, right here in Malibu. But we do need your help.
The Malibu Friends of Music, a non profit arts organization, began in 2002, offering private concerts to friends and guests. The concerts grew so popular, that the initial once-a-month event was changed to two and three times-a-month events, in order to facilitate the number of concertgoers requesting concert reservations. Now offering over 40 concerts annually of world class music here in Malibu, the Malibu Friends of Music provides its guests with extraordinary and intimate musical experiences that rival those of the most venerable organizations globally, featuring world renowned musicians, artists, choreographers, architects and speakers. We invite you to come and experience our classical world for yourself.
