We are very excited and happy to welcome you to our 4th Annual Malibu
Coast Music Festival. This year's festival runs from Tuesday evening,
August 18th through Sunday evening, August 30st and features many of
our favorite artists performing great masterworks of Bach, Dvorak,
Beethoven, Schubert, Schumann, Brahms, and so many more. The festival
also offers innovative presentations such as historical vintage silent
film with live musicians, world premiere chamber ballet, and the
Reptile Family.

we particularly excited, including our "Fantastic Festival Finale"
performance with the Malibu Coast Chamber Orchestra conducted by Scott
Hosfeld, and concerto soloists. As an added treat, master pianist Peter
Longworth will perform Samuel Barber's breathtaking and rarely heard,
"Solo Sonata for Piano." Come to the Malibu Coast Music Festival and
spend your summer nights in beautiful Malibu, enjoying the best that
classical music has to offer in a relaxing informal and friendly
environment.
Twelve exciting concert events over two weeks,
held in the Great Room and Indoor/Outdoor Festival Space at the
Montgomery Arts House for Music and Architecture (MAHMA). So much from
which to choose!
Our renowned award-winning resident artists
will join outstanding musical guests from across the United States,
Canada, Japan and Europe. We invite you to come back during the
festival again and again to savor this unique musical environment and
to sample all that we have prepared for you.
